This week we completed our first Pre-Season Camp at Langley Christian High School. We spent 2 days preparing for the upcoming season. Spending the first 30mins of each day dedicated to some keeper fitness followed by improving basic footwork, handling and diving techniques. Each day we finished off with facing plenty of shots.
